Woman Arrested for Assaulting Ex-Husband in Norwood Apartment
The 41-year-old Sharon woman was arrested after forcing her way into her ex-husband's apartment and threatening him and his girlfriend.

Police arrested a Sharon woman Friday for forcing her way into her ex-husband's apartment and threatening him and his girlfriend, police said Monday afternoon.
Lucretia Washington, 41, of Sharon, was arrested with the help of Sharon Police and charged with assault and battery, breaking and entering, intimidation of a witness, and malicious destruction of property over $250, according to Norwood Police logs.
Police spokesman Kevin Grasso said that Washington showed up at her ex-husband's apartment on Nahatan St. in Norwood Friday afternoon. When he opened the door, Washington pushed him out of the way and entered the apartment, looking for the ex-husband's girlfriend - who had locked herself in another room.

"As the ex-husband started to make a call to the police, Washington took his phone and threw his and the girlfriend's phones damaging both," Grasso said. "Prior to leaving she had made threats to hurt the girlfriend."
Norwood police received the 911 call at 4:26 p.m. Friday. Washington was arrested in Sharon a short time later and transported to Norwood for booking.
