$3K Peabody George & Rachel Shaw Scholarship Available

PEABODY, MA — Peabody college students are invited to apply for the $3,000 George & Rachel Scholarship awarded through the Peabody Historical Society each year to students having completed or are completing their sophomore year of college or beyond.

Sylvia Foster Marble funds the scholarship each year in honor of her parents.

The application due date is March 21. They are available at the Society Headquarters located at 35 Washington Street, Peabody, MA, by mail or online.

Eligible applications reside in Peabody, are a sophomore in college or beyond, who will be enrolled full-time in college this fall.

Those who have previously won the Shaw Scholarship are not eligible to apply again.
