George Peabody Legacy Award Ceremony Tomorrow

PEABODY, MA - The George Peabody Legacy Award is provided by the Peabody Education Foundation as a way to recognize and honor the educators and philanthropists who have dedicated their time by contributing to the educational system.
This year’s recipients are Jan Anderson, Gerald Hallinan, Janyce Harkins, David McGeney and Warren Waugh.
The recipients were chosen from a list of nominations made by the public.

The award ceremony will take place Thursday, May 19 at WIggin Auditorium of Peabody City Hall. It starts at 6 p.m.
