PEABODY, MA — A Middlesex Superior Court jury convicted a 22-year-old woman on manslaughter and firearms charges stemming from a February 2018 road rage incident in Lowell that left a Peabody man dead. Graciela Paulino, of Lowell, will be sentenced on Nov. 1. Marc Devoe, 34, of Peabody, was on his lunch break from a Lowell construction site when he was found shot after crashing his Hyundai Accent.

Investigators say Paulino followed Devoe after a dispute and shot him in the chest. A passenger in Devoe's performed CPR before Devoe was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
