New Shops, Pizzeria Coming To Peabody's Northshore Mall

PEABODY, MA — A new pizzeria, clothing and accessory stores and a Hallmark shop just in time for the holidays are all coming to the Northshore Mall in Peabody.

Kim's Hallmark recently opened across from J. Jill and Hollister Co.'s California-inspired teen and young adult apparel is open next to Bath & Body Works.

Coming this fall is Sally Beauty, a destination for professional-grade hair, nail, and skincare products, plus a wide selection of salon tools and equipment.

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream has opened with unique flavor options like Malted Cookie Dough Shake, Peanut Butter Brownie Honeycomb, and Earl Grey Tea. Chocolate Moonshine also now offers gourmet fudge, hand-painted truffle bars, turtles, and more.

Pizzerino will soon open with handcrafted pizzas made with the freshest ingredients.

"These new additions reflect our ongoing commitment to bringing fresh, memorable moments to the community," said Alexandra Meadus-Pitcher, Director of Marketing at Northshore Mall. "Whether you are here for shopping, dining, or spending time with family, there is something new to discover every time you visit Northshore Mall."

Other recent additions to Northshore Mall’s lineup of entertainment and diverse dining include Sandmagination, New England’s largest indoor sandbox, The Skinny Pancake, a Burlington, Vermont-based eatery known for locally sourced crepes and comfort food, and Honeygrow, offering wholesome stir-fry, salads, and more.

Coming in 2026 is a new Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody with DICK’s House of Sport following in 2027.
