Peabody Dog Festival Returns This Year

PEABODY, MA – The second annual Peabody Dog Festival is scheduled for September, and will raise money for the Peabody Dog Park. The Friends of Peabody Dog Park are hosting the event at Emerson Park, which will feature live music, agility and obedience demonstrations, contest, prizes, and vendors selling products, treats, and services, according to the event listing.

The event will be on Saturday, Sept. 9, from 12 to 4 p.m. The dog park received a grant to cover 90 percent of the design and construction costs, but the Friends are raising $20,000 to cover the rest.
