Peabody Man Killed In I-95 Motorcycle Crash Identified: State Police

NEWBURY, MA —A Peabody man who died from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash on Route 95 southbound in Newbury Wednesday night was identified Thursday afternoon as 53-year-old Yanni Stasinos.

State police said at about 6:15 they responded to a crash involving a motorcycle south of the Central Street exit in Newbury.

Newbury fire and EMS responded and attempted life-saving efforts to the motorcycle driver, who died at the scene.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

The cause of the crash has not been determined.

Lane closures were in place for approximately two hours for crash reconstruction and cleanup
