State Police Search For Hit-And-Run Driver In Peabody Motorcycle Crash

PEABODY, MA — A 30-year-old woman motorcycle rider was MedFlighted to a Boston hospital on Wednesday night after suffering serious injuries when she was struck on Route 1 in Peabody.

State Police said officers responded to the crash shortly before 8 p.m. and found the woman injured at mile marker 61 in Peabody.

Police said the driver suspected in the strike fled the scene and was still being sought as of Thursday morning.
