Tuesday, April 26
At 2 p.m., a caller reported a man having difficulty walking on Washington Street. He was described as wearing a grey jacket and carrying an umbrella, a blue yoga mat, and a white trash can. Police could not locate him.
At 2:16 p.m., a stolen motor vehicle was recovered on Walnut Street.

At 3:47 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street.
At 4:16 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident at Washington Street and Clement Avenue.

At 4:45 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident at the Northshore Mall.
At 8:05 p.m., police arrested Giacomo Neto, 35, of Shore Drive in Peabody and charged him with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, and registration revoked.
Wednesday, April 27
At 1:27 a.m., there was a report of loud music from a car on Harris Street.
At 8:55 a.m., a city employee reported that there were people in a car possibly smoking the marijuana on Coolidge Avenue.
At 10:04 a.m., there was a dead cat in front of a house on Anthony Road.
