Man Accused Of Touching Himself In Kingston Movie Theater: Police

A 28-year-old man from Connecticut is facing a complaint after witnesses told police he was publically pleasuring himself.

KINGSTON, MA — Police say a man was caught inappropriately touching himself during a busy movie at a Kingston theater.

Dana Mcleod, 28, of Burlington, Connecticut, was arrested and a complaint application was filed against him to face charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, obscene matter to a minor, and disorderly conduct.

Police say multiple witnesses complained they saw Mcleod pleasuring himself while inside the Regal Cinemas inside the Kingston Collection. Police say witnesses reported that at least one child saw Mcleod during the act.

Authorities say this is not the same man who was arrested two months ago for trying to entice a 13-year-old girl.
