SCITUATE, MA — Several Massachusetts schools on Thursday canceled Friday classes ahead of a powerful nor'easter. The "bomb cyclone" system is expected to cause flooding up and down the Massachusetts coast Friday and Saturday. Plymouth County is expected to get hit hardest by flooding and 75 mph wind gusts are expected to knock out power on Cape Cod.
