Monday Essentials: Wings of Freedom, Autumn Escape Bike Trek
Here are five essentials things to know in the town of Plymouth the week of Sept. 23-29.
1.The Wings of Freedom Tour, which brings restored, historical aircraft to airports around the country as a way of honoring veterans, will be at the Plymouth Municipal Airport, Main Terminal Ramp, Monday through Wednesday this week.
2. A Girl Scout registration and informational meeting will be held Monday, Sept. 23, at Manomet School at 7 p.m. The meeting is for girls in Manomet and Indian Brook schools.
3. On Monday, Sept. 23, the Plymouth Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m.
4. The Plymouth Board of Selectmen will meet at Town Hall on Tuesday, Sept. 24. The public meeting will start at 7 p.m. An executive session will be held at 5:30 p.m.
5. The 29th Annual Autumn Escape Bike Trek, which travels from Plymouth to Provincetown, will start in Plymouth on Friday, Sept. 27, at 9 a.m.
