New Jersey Firm Named Managing Agent for The Shops at 5
Levin Management was recently named the exclusive managing agent for The Shops at 5 on Plymouth.
The Shops at 5 has a new managing agent.
Levin Management, a New Jersey-based retail real estate service firm, will operate the 420,000-square-foot shopping center. The Shops at 5 is the firms first shopping center in Massachusetts.
“Although this is Levin’s first shopping center assignment in Massachusetts, it’s really an extension of our industry expertise in all aspects of retail property management," Robert Carson of Levin Management.
