The board of directors at Liberty Bay Credit Union, one of the oldest and most established credit unions in New England, has elected Stephen Kelley of Plymouth as Second Vice Chair. He will join Peter S. Lincoln of Scituate who will serve as the new Board Chair, P.J. Foley of Quincy as Vice Chair, Robert B. Foley Jr. of Quincy as Treasurer and Chairman of Audit Committee, and Sean Cashman of Hanover as Clerk.

"I look forward to working with the directors in their new roles on the board of directors," said Lyn Matteson, President and CEO of Liberty Bay Credit Union. "It is an exciting time at Liberty Bay and having strong, consistent leadership from the board will allow us to continue to grow and evolve to best serve our members."
