Ms. Arrighi has served as the Town Manager since May 2012 and was previously the Assistant Town Manager in Plymouth since 2004.

During her tenure, she played a role in the many new municipal buildings constructed over the past decade, including the new Town Hall, Maritime Facility, Parking Deck, Fire Station, and Airport Administration Building, and was engaged in many of the environmental and economic development projects, including the harbor dredging, dam removals, and new Town Pier.

With Select Board approval, she also reorganized multiple departments and added programs and staff based on public need for services. The Town Manager and Select Board members plan to work closely over the next couple of months to begin a professional search process for Ms. Arrighi’s replacement and will collaborate over the year to conclude some ongoing projects.

The Select Board thanks Ms. Arrighi for her service to the Town and looks forward to this next phase in the administration of the Town of Plymouth.
