Flattery, 34, 12 Sachem Road, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, violating a number plate to conceal identification, operator refusing to identify self, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on State Road at 3:09 p.m.
Kevin C. McCormack, 50, 100 Spooner St., arrested on charges of OUI liquor (third offense) and leaving the scene of personal injury on Spooner Street at 8:25 p.m.
