Andover residents John and Geraldine Magee at their home on Orchard Crossing Tuesday. The couple owned Magee Construction Company, which developed Rebecca's Row. The couple's daughter found her parents dead on the first floor of their home on Wednesday and police reported to the scene at 9:18 a.m. that morning, <a href="https://andover.patch.com" rel="nofollow">Andover Patch</a> reported.  Chief Brian Pattullo said the  was an isolated incident. Pattulo reported that there are Wednesday afternoon. The couple's 2008 Lexus was found burned in the North End Tuesday night. According to the Community Planning Commission, John Magee was recently at with his son John. They needed the Chairman of the Community Planning Commission Warren Pearce to sign off on a declaration of covenants and easements for the Rebecca's Row development on Nov. 29.

The couple shot and killed in Andover owned the company, which built the Rebecca's Row development.
