Child Left Unattended in Vehicle For 15 Minutes

The following is a look at some of the calls handled by the from Monday through Tuesday. The information is open to the public.
Monday, Jan. 9
- At 2:35 p.m., a Robin Road resident reported that someone may be upstairs in her house. Police investigated but did not find anyone in her home.

- At 11:33 a.m., a Peabody Court resident reported that she received a phone call from a male party claiming to be her grandson. The male said that he needed cash because he was in a car accident. Police are investigating.
- At 6:29 p.m., an unknown caller reported a child left unattended for 15 minutes in a vehicle parked at . Police spoke with the parent, who said that he did not want to wake the child who was sleeping. A report was filed with Department of Children and Families.
