Suspicious Person Reported in Reading Backyard

The following is an excerpt from the  log from Monday through Tuesday. The information is open to the public.

Arrests

At 9:21 p.m. Tuesday, Michael L. Bailey, 32, of 1349 Byrd Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio was arrested on West Street on charges of operating without a license.

Monday, Sept. 3 

• At 9:52 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious male who went into a backyard on Beech Street and took an item from the shed. Police searched the area, but did not find the male.
• At 12:06 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.
• At 6:08 p.m., a caller reported three males and four females looking into the windows of a home on Sailor Toms Way. Police checked the area, and continued to monitor the home. 

Tuesday, Sept. 4

• At 9:01 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.
• At 9:06 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on Hillcrest Road. No injuries were reported.
• At 1:30 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Union Street. No injuries were reported.
• At 8:21 p.m., a caller reported that his cell phone was taken by his father.
