The Savings Bank will sponsor a free First Time Homebuyer Seminar on Wednesday evening, March 21st for Merrimack Valley area residents who are preparing for the purchase of their first home. The seminar will be held at the Bank’s Andover Office, 84 Main Street, Andover from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The seminar will feature local professionals who will discuss their areas of expertise in the home buying process, with a focus on qualifying for a mortgage and preparing the first time homebuyer to become an informed buyer. Attendees will also receive information about the special financing options available to first-time home buyers at The Savings Bank, as well as the important role of the mortgage officer, real estate broker, conveyance attorney, insurance agent and home inspector.
