The following is a look at some of the calls handled by the  from Wednesday through Thursday. The information is open to the public.

Wednesday, Dec. 7

  • At 1:05 a.m., a Lowell Road resident reported that a neighbor was banging on her door and threw boots down the hallway.
  • At 8:25 a.m., an unknown caller reported that the right mirror on his vehicle was damaged in the parking lot.
  • At 3:30 p.m., a Greenbriar Drive resident reported that the recycling dumpster slid and hit the driver's side door of a parked car on his street.
  • At 3:36 p.m., an contractor reported that he was being threatened by a resident while working on a trailer on Main Street.
  • At 9:00 p.m., a Lowell Road resident reported a noise complaint.

  • At 7:49 a.m., an employee from Reliable Roofing reported that someone stole their plow truck.
  • At 10:57 a.m., a Main Street resident reported a verbal argument with another Main Street resident.
  • At 11:37 a.m., a Haverhill Street resident reported fraud. She received an email saying that her grandson was beaten up in Spain and needed money. She lost $2500 she wired to Spain.
  • At 2:01 p.m., a North Reading resident reported drug paraphernalia on Elm Street. Police disposed of the item.
  • At 6:07 p.m., an emergency caller reported a minor motor vehicle accident on Concord Street in Wilmington.
  • At 7:10 p.m., an unknown caller reported a child unattended in a vehicle parked at . Police filed a 51A report due to the incident.
