Simard allegedly walked into Lowell Five Bank on Friday, October 19, and slipped the teller a note demanding money. Suspect Flees But Can't Evade Police K-9 Geox: TEWKSBURY--A Tewksbury ex-con is facing multiple new charges, including breaking and entering, after fleeing a traffic stop on foot because he was afraid to go back to jail. According to Tewksbury Police, an officer on routine patrol at around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, spotted a black Pontiac Grand Prix traveling east on Andover Street and tried to pull it over for a defective light violation. However, the driver pulled away and continued along Andover Street.
