Detours and delays should be expected. It is anticipated that work will take at least 3 weeks to complete. While construction is occurring, parking on Birch Meadow Drive will be prohibited and will be strictly enforced by the Reading Police Department. If necessary, vehicles should be parked on either Oakland Road or Arthur B. Lord Drive. We apologize for the inconvenience.
