Reading Closes Pleasant Street Center Due To COVID Case

The center is temporarily closed after a staff member tested positive for the coronavirus.

READING, MA — The Pleasant Street Center is closed this week after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19, according to a statement from the town.

The center will reopen on Monday, Nov. 29.

Those who may have been a close contact have already been notified, and staff members are undergoing testing and following additional health protocols. A deep clean was done at the center over the weekend.
