ArrestAs a result of a traffic stop at 5:29 p.m. on Knollwood Road, police arrested Matthew Kennedy, 21, of 9 Fairview Ave., Reading, for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, and operating a motor vehicle while drinking alcohol.Featured Incidents Sunday, Dec. 15 <ul><li>At 2:21 a.m. a woman told police she heard footsteps inside her Hartshorn Street residence.</li><li> At 6:33 a.m. a tree branch was struck by a blow and was hanging down blocking a Woodbine Street driveway as a result.</li><li> At 10:11 a.m. a Department of Public Works employee suffered a laceration to the head.</li><li>At 11:43 a.m. a wallet was reportedly stolen from a motor vehicle on Haven Street.</li><li>At 1:03 p.m. the Fire Department was called for a gas valve possibly ruptured by a snow plow.</li></ul> Monday, Dec. 16 <ul><li>At 1:48 a.m. an elderly woman reported hearing someone at her front door on Summit Drive.</li><li>At 11:15 a.m. a deceased turkey was found near the fire hydrant on Emerald Drive.</li><li> At 3:20 p.m. a mother left an infant in a motor vehicle unattended on Selfridge Road.    </li></ul>
