The following is a look at some of the calls handled by the from Friday through Tuesday. The information is open to the public.
Friday, Dec. 30
- At 9:57 a.m., a Lakeside Boulevard resident reported a past hit and run. His car was hit in the parking lot.
- At 4:11 p.m., a Ridgeway resident reported that she found a ladder propped up against her house. Someone entered her home and several items are missing.

- At 12:45 p.m., a School Hill Lane resident reported that his mailbox was stolen overnight.
- At 1:48 p.m., a North Reading resident reported three needles found in the parking lot of . An officer disposed of the needles.
- At 2:50 p.m., a employee reported a customer ran out of the store with what he believes were video games. Police are investigating.
- At 7:35 p.m., a North Reading resident reported that her wallet was stolen from .
Sunday, Jan. 1
- At 2:41 p.m., an unknown caller reported a car accident on Burroughs Road.
- At 11:57 a.m., a Main Street resident reported that all four tires on his car were slashed.

- At 8:12 a.m., an unknown caller reported vandalism to the interior of a house being constructed on Navillus Road.
- At 8:49 p.m., an unknown caller reported a motor vehicle accident at Stop & Shop.
Tuesday, Jan. 3
- At 6:34 p.m., a Swan Pond Road resident reported that her mailbox and others on her street were damaged.
- At 9:05 a.m., an officer reported a car accident at the intersection of Main and Winter streets.
- At 9:13 a.m., several emergency callers reported a car accident at the intersection of Main Street and Patley Road.
- At 9:40 a.m., an officer reported recovering 30 hypodermic needles still in their wrappers on Patley Road.
- At 11:28 a.m., a Lowell Road resident reported that her vehicle bumper and tailgate was damaged overnight.
- At 12:31 p.m., a Kings Row resident reported damage to her mailbox.
- At 8:00 p.m., an Elm Street resident reported that someone pulled into her driveway and put a letter in her mailbox. The note appeared to be a death threat. Police are investigating.
