2. Today Master Tung will offer a free lecture and demonstration from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Lecture topics to include tai chi history, practice and principle with a Q&A session to follow. The demo will cover tai chi movements and applications. The lecture is free and open to the public but space is limited so contact YMAA Boston to reserve a spot. Master Tung is a world class teacher with a deep understanding of the physical, energetic and spiritual aspects of tai chi chuan.
