9/11 'Day of Remembrance' Blood Drives Planned in Boston Thursday
The drives will be held at Fenway Park and the Boston Mariott Copley Place.

A special “9/11 Day of Remembrance Blood Drive” is planned on Thursday, Sept. 11 at Fenway Park in Boston, according to the Boston Police Department.
The Fenway drive will be held at Gate D, 4 Yawkey Way in Boston from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday. All presenting donors will receive a commemorative tee shirt, sourveneir and a chance to win Boston Red Sox tickets with an on-field experience.

A drive will also be held at the Boston Mariott Copley Place, 110 Huntington Ave. in Boston from 12-7 p.m. on Thursday.
Volunteers are being sought to help at both drives during the following shifts:

- 11 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- 3:30-7:30 p.m.
