This year's flu outbreak has caused a public health emergency to be declared in Boston, killed five people so far, and has also caused a flu shot shortage. Boston officials encouraged residents to get flu shots this past weekend after a spike in flu cases in area emergency rooms and doctor offices. In Roslindale, a Sullivan's Pharmacy employee expected more flu shots in and ready to be administered on Wednesday.  An employee at the Greater Roslindale Medical &amp; Dental Center said they expected a shipment of flu shots in on Wednesday, but that it was not definite.  CVS pharmacies across the board in Boston are out of the flu vaccine, according to a Back Bay pharmacist.  But across the Parkway border in West Roxbury, Osco pharmacy had some flu shots.
