Man Robbed at Gunpoint on Washington Street

The victim was robbed of $192 in cash while he was getting out of his car to get something to eat.

 

A man was robbed at gunpoint while getting out of his car at 4395 Washington Street in Roslindale on Oct. 8.

The victim told Boston Police that around 10:22 p.m. he was leaving his car to get something to eat, and a suspect in a blue-hooded sweatshirt approached him and brandished a black handgun, according to a Boston Police report. The robber allegedly said, "Just gimme what you got. I don't want to hurt you."

The robber got $192 in cash from the victim then signaled a second suspect wearing a grey sweatshirt, and the two ran from Washington Street onto Metropolitan Avenue.
