Members of the Boston Police E-5/E-18 Drug Control Unit recognized a wanted Dorchester man while surveilling the Beechland Housing area in Roslindale. On Jan. 22 around 5 p.m., James M. Clancy, of 11 Penhallow St., Dorchester, was arrested on an outstanding default warrant out of West Roxbury District Court for shoplifting and resisting arrest.  The suspect was arrested without incident, according to a Boston Police report.
