Responsible Gun Owner Turns in Firearms Until Properly Licensed after Moving to Roslindale

A man who recently moved to Roslindale prearranged to meet with Boston Police to turn over four firearms until he's properly licensed after moving to Massachusetts.
On Jan. 17 the Iona Street resident, who recently moved from New Hampshire, turned over the following firearms: a Colt PT FA .38; a Raven Arms MP 25; a Smith and Wesson .357 28-2 Highway Patrolman; and a American Tactical .45 M 1911 G.

The resident had contacted Boston Police prior to moving so the police could possess his weapons while he gets a Massachusetts gun license, according to a Boston Police report.
