Roslindale Man Arrested for Driving with Suspended License

Boston Police charged a Roslindale man with driving with a suspended license, of which the suspect told officers about after they stopped him for not stopping at a red light.
On April 5, around 2:38 p.m., Jose Garcia, of 164 Florence St. #1, Roslindale, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked drivers license and issued a red light violation.

Police observed the suspect driving a silver Kia fail to stop at a red light at Washington Street and Cummins Highway. The suspect allegedly told police his license was suspended, and a computer check confirmed that information. The vehicle was towed.
