Roslindale Kids Learn About Science (!!) at ParkSCIENCE Children's Festival
Children were provided with several indoor and outdoor activities at Franklin Park during February vacation week.

Children like Sebastian, 5, and Katia Inezian, 3, of Roslindale got to try out snowshoeing with the help of L.L. Bean Outdoor Discovery School Guide Cindy Hemenway during the February 20 ParkSCIENCE Children’s Festival hosted at Franklin Park by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department.
The free Festival provided fun during February school vacation week with indoor and outdoor activities offered in partnership with L.L.Bean, Science from Scientists, New England Aquarium, MIT’s Science on the Street, City Archeologist Joe Bagley, the Massachusetts Horticultural Society Plantmobile, iRobot, the Boston Police Department Forensic Unit, and the Boston Park Rangers.
