Roslindale Resident Appears in Court on Charges of Breaking and Entering, Larceny

A stepdaughter of a Roslindale resident appeared recently in West Roxbury District Court on charges of breaking and entering, larceny from a building, and malicious destruction of property.

The victim said that on Jan. 10 while he was at work someone broke into his home and took two lamps, two televisions, and breaking the door and lock, according to a Boston Police report.

The victim believed that his stepdaughter, who he had asked to move out the previous day, had broken in and stole the goods. 

The stepdaughter appeared in court on March 11 on the charges, and it was requested the incident be cleared by the arrest of the stepdaughter.
