Roslindale Woman Arrested for Violating Harassment Order - Again - Twice this Month

A Roslindale woman was arrested for the second time this month for allegedly violating a harassment prevention order.
On Feb. 13 at 1:45 p.m., Ellen Degnan of 277 Beech St. #1, Roslindale, was arrested and charged with violation of a harassment prevention order. She was also arrested on Feb. 2 for violating a harassment prevention order.

Boston Police were called to 277 Beech St., Roslindale, a location they are familiar with due to numerous incidents involving the suspect, according to a Boston Police report. While en route, officers saw the suspect drive into the 7-11 next to the District E-5 Police Station. Officers were aware the suspect was in court that day so the victims could modify the harassment prevention order to include all of 277 Beech St., according to a Boston Police report. Officers spoke with the suspect at the 7-11.
At 277 Beech St., police spoke with a neighbor who called police to say the suspect had driven onto Nikisch Avenue, opened her car doors and started screaming and swearing. The suspect then allegedly started to empty a trash barrel full of trash on the hood of a car. A witness alleged the suspect had been inside 277 Beech St. causing a major disturbance, and .

The suspect was arrested at 7-11 and her vehicle was towed by Parkway Towing as it was blocking the business' driveway.
