Boston Police were called to 277 Beech St. for a landlord-tenant dispute and spoke with the landlord who said his tenant, the suspect, had slammed the front door to the building multiple times to the point of damaging the door. He also alleged the suspect tried to speak to him and his wife, in violation of a harassment prevention order issued by West Roxbury District Court, according to a Boston Police report. Officers were shown a copy of the order, along with a court order from the Boston Housing Court ordering the suspect to refrain from slamming doors.

Officers observed the front window of the door to be damaged and the area around the window loose with the glass unsecured. Officers were well aware of the issues between the two parties, having produced more than eight reports for eight separate incidents, according to a Boston Police report.
