A Roslindale woman who was sentenced to 30 months in prison for her role in mortgage scams is still listed as having a current real estate broker's license in Massachusetts. , to be followed by two years of supervised release. In May 2012, Konsevick pleaded guilty to bank fraud and money laundering. From 2006 through 2008, Konsevick committed fraud through condominium sales.  Konsevick is listed on the <a href="http://license.reg.state.ma.us/public/pubLicenseQ.asp?board_code=RE&amp;type_class=_B&amp;license_number=009088654&amp;color=red&amp;lb=RE" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">state's Division of Professional Licensure website</a> as having a current license with it expiring on March 12, 2015. There's also a note that reads: "This web site displays disciplinary actions dating back to 1993. This license has had no disciplinary actions taken during this time."  Images of the website are attached to this article.
