Ross Running for Mayor; Live Music at Select Cafe; a Wine Tasting, Too

1. District 8 City Councilor Mike Ross announced his candidacy for mayor yesterday adding to the growing list of candidates.
2. Enjoy live music tonight and Saturday night at Select Cafe. 7-9 p.m. 2 Belgrade Ave.
3. On Saturday enjoy a wine tasting at Solera from 5-7 p.m. 16 Birch Street. Remember to bring your ID.
4. Remember Monday is Patriot's Day, so schools are closed, government offices, and a lot of Boston roads (look for a list in the weekend).
5. On Tuesday the Boston Public Health Commission will present on mosquito control measures, disease tracking, and how to reduce your risk of mosquito-borne illness. 6-7:30 p.m. Boston Police Department District E-5, 1708 Centre St., West Roxbury.
