Upon arrival police saw two females standing outside 127 Brown Avenue yelling back and forth at each other, with one walking aggressively at the other. Police separated the two women, according to a Boston Police report.

The victim told Boston Police she had an active restraining order against the suspect, her daughter, and provided a copy of the order to police. The victim told police she had given the restraining order to the suspect a few days ago, but had been letting her stay at the residence. But she called the police when the suspect started verbally arguing with her sister.

The suspect appeared very upset and angry, said police, and was resisting police's attempts to separate her from the victim. An officer placed the suspect in handcuffs and walked her across the street, according to a Boston Police report.

The suspect continued to yell, and allegedly stated, "This is unfair. Wait til I get out. I'll (expletive) her up. She'll see!" The suspect refused to calm down after many requests, and the officer could see neighbors watching the commotion.

During the booking process the suspect was uncooperative and physically violent, including allegedly yelling, "This is why that guy killed all those kids in the school in Connecticut!"
