Tips Wanted about Boston Marathon Explosions; Protect Yourself from Mosquitos

1. A community meeting is scheduled for tonight about minimizing the risk of mosquito borne illnesses at the District E-5 Police Station at 6 p.m. Open and public to all.
2. To submit tips about the Boston Marathon explosions yesterday, please call 1-800-494-TIPS (8477).
3. Trash and recycling will be delayed one day due to Patriots' Day.
4. On Thursday is the first Third Thursday in Roslindale Village with deals, sales, entertainment, food and drink tastings and more!
5. Also on Thursday is Rozzie Reads Open Poetry Mic at the Select Cafe from 7-9 p.m. Van Dorio is the featured poet of the evening. Dorio is a member of the Carpenter Poets of Jamaica Plain, who write poetry about their work as carpenters. 2 Belgrade Ave.
