The two suspects accused of being involved in a shooting incident on Cornell Street early Tuesday morning were arraigned on Tuesday and held on $5,000 bail. Justin O'Leary, 31, and Joseph Gonzalez, 24, both of North Attleboro, were each arraigned on two counts of possession of a firearm, possession of loaded firearm, and possession of ammunition, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's press office. Assistant District Attorney Joseph Pagliarulo requested each suspect be held on $25,000, but Judge Driscoll set bail at $5,000 and ordered the men to stay away from Boston if they make bail. Both suspects are due back at court on Nov. 16 for a pretrial hearing.
