- Salem Common, $25 Due to the heavy rain on Saturday, Sept. 24, the SCNA Common Yard Sale has been moved to Saturday.

2nd Annual Witchtoberfest and Witch City Beer Run - Benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Salem. The run starts at 6:45 p.m. at Old Town Hall and there is a 1 mile and 2 mile option. The run plus full access to Witchtoberfest is $55 per person. Run+Witchtoberfest Beer Garden (7-8pm) $30, Witchtoberfest Run-$20, Beer Garden-5oz glass, (7-8pm) $20. Click here to register.

Sunday, Oct. 2

- Noon, Join Friends of Winter Island for its annual celebration and membership drive. Come hear about the master plan for Winter Island and share a potluck lunch with others who care about this magnificent park.
