DANVERS, MA — U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) will release details of a new bill when he visits the Registry of Motor Vehicles Service Center in the Danvers Crossing shopping plaza at 1 p.m. on Tuesday. The bill is response to last summer's crash in New Hampshire where seven motorcyclists were killed after being hit by a man whose Massachusetts drivers license was not revoked after being suspended in other states. Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker has called for federal legislation to set up a system to alert states when drivers face out-of-state traffic violations.

Also on Tuesday, Moulton is scheduled to hold a town hall meeting at the Danvers Senior Citizen at 6 p.m. Moulton is expected to address impeachment proceedings in Congress. Moulton has been calling for an impeachment inquiry into the Trump administration since 2017.
