Roy K. Dumas, 58, of the streets of Salem was arrested on a warrant.

Christina M. Kenny, 30, of 44 Lee Fort Terrace in Salem was arrested on a warrant.

Sunday, March 27

Lisnery M. Canela, 25, of 3 Arthur Street in Salem was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and on a municipal bylaw violation.

Whester O. Canela, 28, of 3 Arthur Street in Salem was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and on a municipal bylaw violation.

Ivan C. Christie, 49, of 9 Fiske Avenue in Lynn was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
