Dumpster Fire And More: Salem Police Log
An actual dumpster fire and several arrests from the Salem Police log.

- Donald Baillie, 34, of Salem, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace on Sunday after a report of a noise complaint on Lafayette Street around 6:30 p.m.
- Police responded to the East India Square Mall on Sunday around 4 p.m. on a report of two people arguing. The one person who was still on scene when police arrived was sent away and told not to be loud in the mall.
- An officer put a man in protective custody after seeing him fall in the area of the Hawthorne Hotel on Essex Street on Sunday around 6 p.m.
- Salem Fire extinguished a dumpster fire at the bottom of trash chute on Pope Street on Monday around noon.
- Patricia A. Flynn, 51, of Marblehead, was arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness on Monday after police responded to a report of a disturbance on S. Washington Square around 6 p.m.
- Patricia Ann Ronning, 67, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of shoplifting on Monday after police were called to New Derby Street around 10:30 p.m.
- Michael Thomas Kennedy, 28, of Salem, was arrested on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and an outstanding warrant on Wednesday.
- Jason Francis Riggieri, 39, of Marblehead, was arrested on charges of speeding, leaving the scene of property damage, and drunken driving on Wednesday after a traffic stop on Raymond Road around 1:40 a.m.
- Jamie Keith Vinciguerra, 35, of Everett, was arrested on charges of violating an abuse prevention order on Tuesday.
