Finz Seafood to Hold Fundraiser to Benefit Soldiers

SALEM, MA – Finz Seafood and Grill will hold a fundraiser on Sunday, March 5, to benefit a Marblehead foundation in honor of a Massachusetts man who died in the 2012 Benghazi, Libya, attacks.

From 11:30 a.m to close, Finz will donate 10 percent of all food sales to the Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation, which provides support to special operations professionals transitioning to civilian life.

Glen Doherty is a Massachusetts man who died in the 2012 terror attacks on Benghazi, Libya. Doherty was one of four Americans killed in the attacks. The memorial foundation in his namesake is based in Marblehead.

Miss Massachusetts Julia Scaparotti will be at the event, and there will be a lineup of silent auction items.
