Happy Halloween! Here are ways to celebrate.
The following events are scheduled for today:
- 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Gallow's Hill, Join Rev. H.P. Richard Ravish GM and Rev. H.Ps. Gypsy Ravish WQ, the Priests & Priestesses of The Temple of Nine Wells, witches of all traditions & friends of the Craft at for the largest City Wide Samhain Circle as we turn the Wheel of the Year. Meet at 88 Wharf St. at 4:30pm. 7:30pm walk back in commemorative candlelight procession. $5 suggested donation.

Trick or Treat at Pioneer Village - Take a walk through Pioneer Village and stop at each house to find a treat...or a trick. Fun for the whole family. Go to website for tickets and schedule.
- Join the sea shanty singing Salem pirates for some tricks, treats, and treasures at Historic New England's Phillips House on Halloween night. Admission is FREE and donations are accepted. 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., 978-744-0440

Concert Stages Around Town - 7 to 10 p.m., Dance in the streets, parking lots and common as DJ's spin and bands play on Halloween night. Museum Place Fountain, Derby Street, Front Street, Hawthorne Boulevard and Salem Common.
- 7:15 to 10 p.m. House of Seven Gables, Scenes from the Witchcraft Hysteria are reenacted in this presentation acted in the rooms of Hawthorne’s Birthplace. Runs continuously, 35 minutes long. Call 978-744-0991 ex. 104 Reservations Strongly Recommended

- Celebrate the Witches' New Year with a free magic circle on Salem Common from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Take a spin on the rides and test your skill at the games at the annual Haunted Happenings Carnival.Fun for the whole family. Sat-Sun and Halloween Noon to 10 p.m.
- 7:15 to 10 p.m. House of Seven Gables, Witness two families entangled by a curse in this presentation of The House of the Seven Gables acted in the mansion that inspired the story.Runs continuously, 35 minutes long. Call 978-744-0991 ex. 104 for reservations.Â
Gulu-Gulu Costume Party with Walter Sickert & the Army of Broken Toys -Get your costume on and join the fun, 8 p.m.
- 8 p.m. to Midnight. Join Witches from near and far, as they celebrate the Witches New Year. Partake in a sumptuous feast, then step between the worlds as they create sacred space to honor those who have passed. Music will be provided by Tim & Vicky. $75 pp all proceeds go to local charities. For more information, look at their website.

- A photographers dream! Join us to take in the changing colors of fall as we seek out five historic lighthouses on this hour and forty-five minute narrated cruise. Throughout the cruise informative details will be revealed as passengers closely cruise by Salem's Pickering and Derby Light, Beverly's Hospital Point Lighthouse, Marblehead's Chandler Hover Lighthouse, and of course the famous yet isolated Bakers Island Light of the Misery Islands that can only be closely seen by boat.Warm up with a complementary cup of fresh clam chowder while you comfortably view the beautiful transistion from summer to winter. - Come learn about the haunted happenings of Salem Sound on this 1.5 hour cruise by the shores of Salem, Marblehead, Beverly, Manchester and mysterious Misery Islands. Passengers will enjoy a fun filled informative cruise loaded with spooky stories of ruthless local pirates, haunted lighthouses, mansions, abandoned mental wards, tales of local ghosts, ocean demons, and living monsters who wreak havoc on local ships to this day! - 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pickering Wharf-Look for the tent overlooking the Friendship, in front of Victoria Station. Sponsored by the Witches Education League this event allows children to make a wand and ask questions about witches and witchcraft. $1 to make a wand and all donations go to local charities. - 4 to 11 p.m., Enjoy the Radio 92.9 Mainstage and your favorite Anheuser Busch products. No Cover Charge. Please drink responsibly, 21+
10 p.m., Celebrate the end of another fantastic Haunted Happenings festival with fireworks over the North River.
