Holiday Toy Drive To Benefit Salem Public Schools Students
State Sen. Bruce Tarr's annual toy drive kicked off this week.

SALEM, MA — State Sen. Bruce Tarr's annual holiday toy drive to benefit Salem Public Schools students kicked off this week with donation sites launched across the North Shore.
Donations can be made in several ways:
- Cash, new/unwrapped toys, and gift cards can be dropped off or mailed to Pathways for Children:
- Salem location: 27 Congress Street, Suite 1211, Monday (9 a.m.-5 p.m.), Tuesday-Wednesday (9 a.m.-7 p.m.), Thursday (9 a.m.-6 p.m.), Friday (9 a.m.-1 p.m.), first and third Saturday (9 a.m.-12 p.m.)
- Beverly location: 292 Cabot Street, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Checks made out to Pathways For Children (include ‘North Shore Toy Drive’ in memo), sent to Pathways For Children, Attn: North Shore Toy Drive, 27 Congress Street, Suite 1211, Salem, Mass., 01970.

Elizabeth Yoder, Director of Student Supports at SPS, was among the guests in attendance along with Salem State University President John Keenan (Salem High School ‘83), Salem Chief of Police Lucas Miller, Senator Joan Lovely (Second Essex District), and Institution for Savings President Michael Jones.

The Institution for Savings in Salem is one of 14 locations sponsoring the North Shore Holiday Toy Drive and serving as drop sites. Others include:
- Capital Diner in Lynn
- Aubuchon Hardware in Beverly and Ipswich
- Lyon-Waugh Auto Group in Peabody
- Flint Public Library in Middleton
- Essex County Coop in Topsfield
- Hilton Senior Center in Salisbury
- Newburyport Bank in Newburyport
- Cape Ann Savings Bank in Gloucester
- Woodman’s of Essex
- Holiday Shopping Night in Rockport
- Good Day Cafe in North Andover
- Heav’nly Donuts of Lawrence
