Nutcracker Auditions This Weekend

It's not too early to have visions of sugar plums dancing in your head. This weekend, auditions will be held for New England Ballet Ensemble’s production of The Nutcracker.

The auditions will take place Saturday atat 96 Swampscott Rd. #6.

Time:     

• 7 & 8 year old dance students 1-2 p.m.
• 6 -9 year old  Acrobatic/Gymnastics students 2-2:30 p.m.
• 5 & 6 year old dance students 2:30-3 p.m.

 
The participation fee is $150 per student which includes the audition, costume usage fee, studio time and all rehearsals.

The only requirement to audition is that the children auditioning must be currently enrolled in formal dance lessons or gymnastics or acrobatic classes at any dance school or gym on the North Shore or surrounding area.

The performance weekend is December 17 and 18 at the Marblehead Veterans Middle School.
